CUSTOMS CHARGES
If the customer's country or region charges fees like import tariff, value added tax, customs handling fees, etc, the customer will have to bear the charge(s). The fees will be collected by the Post Office or courier service provider of the customer's country or region. In case the delivery of an order is delayed due to customs, we bear no responsibility in this circumstances. We do not issue any proof of export documents, such as proof of country of origin, or export visas.
Refund
Our refund policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund
Please carefully inspect your shipments as soon as you receive them. We will only offer refunds, replacements or exchanges for unopened or damaged product when requested within 2 days of your receipt of the product. We do not offer refunds, replacements or exchanges beyond this point.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for a full refund (Returns must be in the state you received them, and in the original packaging) or receive another accessory of your choice that will be shipped to you free of charge.
Refunds are given as long as a return request is communicated in under 2 days of receiving the order. Free exchanges are given as long as a return request is communicated in under 15 days of purchase. Please note that our return policy does not include apparel, masks which are final sale due to hygienic reasons. Also, any edible cat treat is not refundable or eligible for store credit if the cat does not like it.
Exchanges
Any damaged items must be reported to us within 2 days of your package delivery date. Received a damaged item? We’ve got you covered and will send out a brand new product free of charge.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Items are not eligible for an exchange due to size or measurement issues, if the shipped item is the same variant/size as you ordered. In case the size/variant issue is due to us, we accept exchange or refund requests.
